What a great idea for a blog! I’m glad I found you. Each summer, I help organize a 200 km hike to a religious shrine in Ontario, Canada, so I can relate to the purpose of your blog. With a 200km hike, there’s always injuries, and being a nurse, I treat the injuries. I’m going to read up on your many, wonderful tips and use/share them on this year’s hike.
